Dell Developments was approached by a client in Awbridge, near Romsey, to undertake a two-story extension of an existing residential property.
The client sought a modern transformation, focusing on enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of their home. The brief required the demolition of the existing garage to create space for the new extension. The client requested a spacious, open-plan living area with an integrated modern kitchen and a new bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom on the first floor.
