The client required a comprehensive approach to preserve the property’s historical elements while integrating modern comforts suitable for contemporary living. The brief called for the careful restoration of key architectural features, such as the original sash windows and period plasterwork, alongside significant upgrades to ensure the home provided both luxury and functionality.
